SHRUTI KANODIA 

Shruti has over 12 years of experience in general corporate advisory including senior management employment, public and private mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, banking and finance, regulatory advisory for SEBI and FEMA related issues and other sectoral issues including competition law. She is well versed in insolvency and bankruptcy laws, and has worked on distressed acquisitions, as well as restructuring of businesses. She specialises in complex structuring, strategic, policy and pre-litigation advisory. Her sectoral experience includes oil and gas, power, infrastructure, hotels and hospitality, data privacy and technology laws and mining laws.

She graduated from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru with B.A. LL.B. (Hons) degree in 2008. She has previously worked with S&R Associates, New Delhi and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Company, New Delhi, where she was a partner in the corporate transactions team.

Shruti is also on the board of directors of Shalimar Paints Limited and Jindal Stainless Steelway Limited as an Independent Director. She was recognised as a Rising Star in India in its 2020 list by Asian Legal Business.

ANAND SHRIVASTAVA

Anand Shrivastava has over a decade of experience in litigation and arbitration. While his expertise lies in the infrastructure and energy sector, he has also worked extensively on regulatory and commercial litigation. He has worked on some of the precedent setting matters in the infrastructure space. He specialises in strategic advisory to mitigate regulatory and project risks. His sectoral experience includes oil and gas, competition and antitrust laws, environmental laws, mining laws, e-commerce, technology and data privacy laws, insolvency and bankruptcy, white collar crimes, aviation and real estate. He has keen interest in technological developments and their legal interface.

Anand has represented clients before various quasi-judicial bodies, courts and tribunals across India. He has represented and advised Indian companies, multinational companies and government bodies on a wide range of infrastructure, regulatory and commercial matters. He regularly advises on policy framing and implementation.

He has previously worked with the dispute resolution and regulatory team at Trilegal, New Delhi and as an Associate Partner at HSA Advocates, New Delhi.

AMRITA BAKHSHI

Amrita graduated from Edinburgh Law School, University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom with a dual honours L.L.B. (Hons) degree in Law and International Relations in 2016. She undertook the Legal Practice Course and L.L.M (Hons) from the University of Law, London and wrote her post graduate thesis on patent law regulations in the United Kingdom and the European Union. Amrita has experience working in mergers & acquisitions, insolvency & bankruptcy, commercial litigation, e-commerce, technology and privacy laws and general corporate advisory.

ANANDINI SOOD

Anandini graduated from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab in 2016 with B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is also a member of Young International Council for Commercial Arbitration and Young Singapore International Arbitration Centre. Anandini’s practice focuses on arbitration, commercial litigation, white collar crimes along with regulatory and commercial advisory in the infrastructure and energy sector including oil and gas, mining laws, real estate and environmental laws. She has previously worked with Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Singh and Associates.

ANUBHUTI SINHA

Anubhuti graduated from National Law School of India University, Bangalore in 2014 with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. She is well versed in mergers and acquisitions, distressed acquisitions, investments, e-commerce, technology and privacy laws, aviation laws and corporate advisory. Her practice also includes banking and finance, competition and antitrust, white collar crimes and real estate. She has previously worked with Khaitan & Co LLP, Delhi and J. Sagar Associates, Gurugram.

CHANDRIKA BHADU

Chandrika graduated from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2012 with a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) degree. She is enrolled with the Bar Council of Rajasthan. She is experienced in litigation and arbitration including in the infrastructure and energy sector. Her practice includes advisory on regulated sectors, competition and antitrust, employment, commercial litigation and environmental laws.

GARIMA SINGH

Garima received her B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) degree from National Law School of India University, Bangalore. Garima is enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa. She is well versed in corporate-commercial litigation and arbitration. Her practice includes insolvency and bankruptcy laws, mining laws, energy and infrastructure laws, real estate and corporate advisory. She has previously worked with Khaitan & Co, Mumbai.

NILESH PANDA

Nilesh graduated from Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University with a B.A. L.L.B. (Hons.) degree. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Punjab and Haryana. He is well versed in banking and finance, insolvency and bankruptcy, projects and commercial contracts. His practice also includes investments and regulatory and commercial advisory.

RAHUL JAJOO

Rahul is a graduate from Institute of Law, Nirma University, Ahmedabad with B.Com L.L.B. (Hons.) degree. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi. He is well versed in litigation and arbitration. Rahul started his professional career with chamber practice. His practice areas include insolvency and bankruptcy, regulatory advisory, telecom sector, white collar crimes and energy sector. Rahul has appeared across various dispute resolution fora.
