Shruti has around 15 years of experience in General Corporate Advisory and Banking & Finance including Senior Management Employment, Public and Private M&A, PE & VC Transactions, Financing, SEBI, FEMA and IBC Related Advisory, Restructuring of Businesses, Pre-Litigation Advisory for Shareholder Disputes, NBFC Finance, Debt Recovery, Debt Restructuring, Structured Finance, Security Arrangements, etc. She graduated from National Law School of India University, Bengaluru with a gold medal in 2008. She has previously also worked with S&R Associates, New Delhi. Before starting Sagus Legal, she was a partner in the corporate transactions team at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, New Delhi. She is on the board of directors of Jindal Stainless Limited,Shalimar Paints Limited, Jindal Stainless Steelway Limited and Nalwa Sons Investments Limited (a listed NBFC) as an Independent Director. She was on the list of Future Legal Leaders, 2022 published by India Business Law Journal. She has also been recognised by Economic Times and Femina as a Promising Women Leader of 2022. She was also one of the finalists for the Managing Partner of the Year, India and Middle East by ALB Women in Law Awards, 2021. She was recognised as a Rising Star in India in its 2020 list by Asian Legal Business.

ANAND SHRIVASTAVA

Anand Shrivastava has around 15 years of experience in litigation and arbitration. While his expertise lies in the infrastructure and energy sector, he has also worked extensively on regulatory and commercial litigation. He has worked on some of the precedent setting matters. He specialises in strategic advisory to mitigate regulatory and project risks in the energy sector, including strategic advisory to mitigate regulatory and project risks. He also regularly advises on policy framing and implementation. Neha Sinha has 15 years of experience in M&A, PE & VC investment transactions, general corporate advisory, labour and employment laws, data privacy, corporate compliances, FEMA and SEBI related advisory, fund set-up, business restructuring and contract management.

She has been involved in the setting up of domestic and offshore India focused investment funds. She regularly advises listed companies on disclosure requirements, and AIFs and other intermediaries on securities and foreign exchange regulations.

Shivam Sinha has approximately 10 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sector. He regularly practices before various dispute resolution and regulatory forums across India. He is experienced in pre-dispute advisory, commercial litigation, project development, regulatory and commercial advisory. He graduated from Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University and started his career as an in-house counsel. Prior to joining Sagus Legal, he was a part of HSA Advocates, New Delhi.

Amrita graduated from University of Edinburgh, United Kingdom with a dual honours LL.B (Hons.) degree in Law and International Relations in 2016. Ankit graduated from National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam in 2019 with B.A. LL.B (Hons.) degree.
