Shivam Sinha has approximately 10 years of experience in the energy and infrastructure sector. He regularly practices before various dispute resolution and regulatory forums across India. He is experienced in pre-dispute advisory, commercial litigation, project development, regulatory and commercial advisory. He graduated from Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University and started his career as an in-house counsel. Prior to joining Sagus Legal, he was a part of HSA Advocates, New Delhi.
